Humbling, isn’t it? Catapulting yourself fully into the plans God has for you. Since 2009, God has been calling me to international service. Each opportunity I’ve been given to serve has tremendously blessed, and changed, me. I have learned how this world of His appears distinctly different when you cross oceans. Different in nearly every way the human eyes, ears, and mouth can observe. But, there is one thing that is the same when you cross those oceans, and that is that hope can only be found through Christ.

Stepping into God’s plan for my life is moving me to Nairobi, Kenya. In January of 2016, I will become a full-time missionary through Christian Missionary Fellowship International (CMFI) with Missions of Hope International (MOHI). My missionary roles will include working in the child sponsorship department, providing teacher trainings, and helping to oversee curriculum to ensure academic standards are being met. You can read more about the specifics of this ministry and what exactly I’ll be doing here. God has proven to me over and over again that His plans bring beauty, joy, and peace. I was predestined to go in this specified direction, and I cannot wait to see what God has to teach me during this Big Move.
